Updates October 3rd

We finally had communication from Sweden! 
- Sweden has informed us that there is no quota for how many people we can bring to Jamboree , and there is no youth to Scouter ratio.
- The final cost has not been set as of yet but it is expected to be close to what we have budgeted for. 
- CMT has pushed back the first payment date to October 24th due to delays with confirmations from Sweden and the completions of the Canadian registration system.  This system should be up and running in the next few weeks. If not, a spreadsheet will be utilized to capture data for the to fill into the registration system at a later date.

SJ26CA Group Fee Schedule
First Payment: October 24, 2025 $300/participant
Second Payment: November 21, 2025 $300/participant
Third Payment: January 16, 2026 $xxx/participant - adjustments to be made with payment based on final figures from Sweden, decisions on insurance and any other items that arise.
